Ban Siña!: Bon Pasco
Producer | Editor | On-Camera Talent
Ban Siña! is my favorite segment on Sunrise with Sami. Ban siña means “Let’s learn” in Aruba’s native language, Papiamento. Needless to say, I was gifted with lots of laughs listening to tourists attempting to pronounce certain Papiamento words.
Sami’s Picks: Phosphate Mines
Producer | Editor | Writer | On-Camera Talent
Sami’s Picks is a segment of the show where I selected an activity or attraction you should try out yourself. This was one of my favorite shoots. It felt like a sauna in that underground cave but it was one of the most beautiful experiences I had in Aruba.
